There should be "Consequences" for people who can so readily when scorned, drunk or just "Appalling" human beings, pick up a telephone and potentially get you carted off. And I mean "Serious" consequences for such behaviour. Maybe along the lines of being punished in a manner to the poor victim they've singled out, had they been wrongly convicted. And the fact that the "Law" protects these "Creatures" by way of anonymity is atrocious!
